• If you work regularly with us, please ensure you only send one invoice a month (combine two projects if necessary) - the less invoices the better.

• We have a multi-currency account so can pay in your local currency if preferred. But please state this as early as possible for us to manage the budget internally. Our reserve currency and preferred currency is EUR. However, many of our clients pay in USD so that's also a helpful currency.

• We aim to pay you as soon as possible, typically we pay within a few days. However please allow up to 35 days in case the bank has capped the number of international payments that month.
